Acceptance

By installing or using DOSE you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Not medical advice

DOSE is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Insights describe patterns in the data you entered and are not medical advice. Always consult your prescriber about your medication, dose changes, side effects, and any health concern. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Subscription

DOSE Pro is an auto‑renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, each preceded by a 7‑day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by storefront.

Without an active subscription DOSE is read‑only: existing entries, the PDF report, and the CSV export remain available; creating new entries and the insights that depend on them require a subscription.

License

DOSE grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse‑engineer, modify, or redistribute the application, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing it up (for example with iCloud Backup) and for the accuracy of what you enter. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

DOSE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the application will be error‑free or uninterrupted, or that its estimates (including body‑composition and projection figures) are accurate for you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOSE and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms when the application changes materially. The effective date above will change, and material changes are noted in the app’s Settings → About. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
