Support
DOSE is made by a two‑person team, and the person who answers support is the person who wrote the app. Email us with your iOS version, the DOSE version (Settings → About), and what happened. We reply within two business days.
Common questions
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by DOSE. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then DOSE. You can cancel, switch between monthly and annual, or see your renewal date there.
My subscription expired but I want my data.
It is still there. Without a subscription DOSE is read-only: you can open every past entry and export the PDF report (Insights → Doctor Report) or the CSV (Settings → Data → Export All Data). Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases reconnects a plan you already paid for.
I deleted the app and my data is gone. Can you restore it?
We cannot, because we never had it — DOSE stores everything on your iPhone only. Restoring your phone from an iCloud or encrypted computer backup made before the deletion is the only way to recover it. We recommend exporting the CSV before deleting the app.
How do I export my data?
Insights → Doctor Report generates the five-page PDF. Settings → Data → Export All Data produces a CSV of every entry. Both use the iOS share sheet, so you can AirDrop, email, print, or save to Files.
Apple Health isn't syncing.
Open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → DOSE and make sure read access is on for Weight, Steps, Sleep, Active Energy, and Workouts (and write access for Weight if you want edits written back). Then in DOSE go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Health.
I'm getting reminders I didn't set.
DOSE has two local notifications: a daily reminder (time is configurable) and an injection-day alert at 8:00 AM on your injection day. Both can be turned off in DOSE → Settings → Notifications.
I changed my dose. Where do I record it?
DOSE → Settings → Medication → Current Dose. Picking a new step records a titration event with the date, which appears on the Timeline and in the doctor report's dose history.
Is there an Android or iPad version?
Not yet. DOSE is built for iPhone on iOS 17 and later.
